Fitness – Functional training
Fitness isn’t just about achieving a six-pack or a beach body, it’s about how you move, feel and how confident you are. I don’t believe in quick fixes only in long-lasting changes.
Big gyms can be very intimidating places therefore we created a space that feels like a second home to you.
Trainings are designed for your body and are tailored to your individual goals, medical history and fitness ability.
You can train at private sessions where every second is dedicated to YOU or come with your friends and train at group sessions that are restricted to a maximum of four people.

Manicure – pedicure
It is important to me to provide each and every one of my clients with the most appropriate treatment, healing and beautification. For this reason I use different treatments from the traditional ones to the modern, up-to-date procedures such as CALLUX PRO VEGAN PEDICURE.
There are also „special” cases when besides pedicure the treatment of various problems – such as removing corns, treating and cleaning ingrown and fungal toenails – is also needed. In these cases, we are talking about a medical pedicure.
In addition to professional precision, I place great emphasis on hygiene, as I believe that this is one of the foundations of this service.
Facial treatments
For me it is highly important to treat in a holistic approach: body, soul and spirit together.
I help clients who have been suffering from skin problems – such as rosacea and acne – for a long time.
Although we cannot stop the passage of time, we can delay the effects of it. I have many satisfied clients who took part in my anti-aging treatments.
I believe in the power of touch, in massage. It can provide an experience that takes you to another dimension.
